SLA Reports, Sent for You
Uptime Reports Your Clients Can Trust
Did you hit the SLA? Answer with a report instead of a spreadsheet. Uptimy freezes each month when it closes and emails it to your client, branded, with the downtime and the incidents behind it.

The Question Every Client Asks
An SLA is a promise, and every month someone wants proof it was kept. Without a report, that proof is screenshots of dashboards, a spreadsheet of incidents, and a number nobody can explain.
A Verdict, Not a Chart
Availability against the target in the contract: met or missed, and how much downtime was left.
The Story Behind It
Each incident with its cause and the regions that failed, longest first.
On Time, Every Time
Weekly, monthly or quarterly, in the client's timezone, without anyone remembering to send it.
In Their Colors
The client's logo and accent color on the email and the shared page.

Why Uptime Numbers Get Questioned
A report is only useful if the client believes it. These are the usual reasons they don't:
- ✗Uptime as a share of checks. Change the check interval and the number changes; short outages disappear between slow checks.
- ✗One region's blip counted as an outage. A network problem near one checker isn't your client's site being down.
- ✗Maintenance hidden after the fact. A window added once the outage was over looks like an excuse.
- ✗Numbers that move. Last month's report says something different today than it did when it was sent.

How Uptimy Reports Work
Uptime is measured by time: downtime is the time an incident was open, confirmed from a majority of regions. Planned maintenance is excluded from when it was scheduled, and every report states its method.
Frozen When Sent
Each period is frozen when it closes. What the client received never changes.
Emailed per Recipient
Each recipient gets their own email, with a delivery log and resend.
Share Links and PDF
A public link to any period, with expiry and revoke, that prints to a clean A4 PDF.
CSV, API, CLI and MCP
Export per monitor, day, incident or maintenance, or ask your assistant whether you met the SLA.

In Reports, click "New report", name it for the client and choose their monitors and heartbeats.
- 2
Set the Target and Schedule
Use the SLA target from their contract, and send monthly or quarterly in their timezone.
- 3
Add Recipients and Branding
Add the client's addresses (and yours), their logo and accent color.
- 4
Let It Run
When the month closes, the report is frozen and sent. Share a link whenever someone asks in between.

Frequently Asked Questions
By time, not by the share of passed checks. Downtime is the time an automatic incident was open, from the first failed check confirmed by a majority of the monitor's regions until it recovered. Availability is the share of monitored time that wasn't downtime, shown to 3 decimals. Every report explains the method it used.
No. Time inside a maintenance window isn't downtime, from the moment the window existed. A window created after the work started is marked on the report, and the time before it was created still counts.
No. A scheduled report is frozen when its period closes, so the report a client received is the report they'll see later, even if monitors are renamed or deleted afterwards.
Yes. Create a report per client that covers their website and API monitors and heartbeats, with their SLA target, schedule, timezone, recipients and branding. Monitors added to the workspace later aren't added until you choose them.
On Growth and above, reports carry your client's logo, name and accent color, and white-label removes Uptimy's logo and product footer. A small "Powered by Uptimy" stays.
Every workspace gets the All monitors report, emailed weekly, with its past weeks. Months, quarters and custom ranges, reports per client, monthly and quarterly emails, share links, CSV and branding start at Growth.
